If you are a graduate or someone with a proven interest in crop production and a passion for a career in independent agronomy, Indigro could offer you one of the best training schemes in the industry and after qualification, a job working for one of the most respected agronomy firms in the country.
Working alongside our team of agronomists, you will spend a year learning the intricacies and technicalities of crop production in a range of setting and within most production systems. This will be backed up by external training towards your BASIS and FACTS qualifications.
As well as learning the details of crop protection, we will also teach you the holistic, Indigro approach to crop management – from soil health and regenerative agricultural practices to remote sensing and precision applications. And as an independent agronomist you will never be pressured to promote any particular product or to hit sales targets.
Experience is not as important as an ability to learn, self-motivate and work hard.
If you think you have the right qualities and have something to offer the team, or if you would just like some more information, please contact Damian McAuley
